General Conditions

• Rates valid until 12/2019.


• All prices include the VAT at the legal rate.


• In services that extend beyond 21h will be charged a fee of € 20 for the driver's meal.


• Tolls are included, except in services where the provision is the responsibility of the customer.


• Service at your disposal includes 150km 8h: 1€ each extra km, extra 30€ per hour in Class E and Viano 35€. Insurance and liability required by law are included.


• Rates do not include additional costs that have not previously been agreed.


• The monuments are closed in public holidays and Mondays.


• Meals and entrance in the monuments are not included.


• We are not responsible for items or belongings forgotten inside the vehicle.


• There will be no penalties for cancellations made 48 hours prior to commencement of service. If cancellation takes place within less than 24 hours before the start of the service will be charged 20% of the service. In case of the customer canceling the pre made booking the value of the reservation will not be return. Payments superior of the booking made freely by the client won’t be return.


• This penalty won’t be inferior of 25€ and superior to 250€. In case you


• Seconds and Minutes will not be liable for excess baggage or luggage with dimensions, for lack of notice, impossible in the transport vehicle reserved.


• For immediate payments through Paypal consider a 5% discount on the total value of the service.


• To confirm a reservation Seconds and Minutes is entitled to charge a anticipated percentage to confirm that reservation.
